At The Corner of Mindfulness and the Mind-Body Connection’ with Abbey Morris
The Corners are so excited to welcome back Abbey Morris for our first session of our third season of the ‘At The Corner’ Speaker Series. Abbey is an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and studio owner, Mindfulness and Meditation Educator, and Sound Healer who blew away the crew in season one when she led an incredibly impactful and insightful experience.
Join us on September 26th as Abbey guides the crew on a deep dive into the Yogic belief that our thoughts create our experience of reality while discussing the profound power of the mind-body connection.
Suggested donation of $10 with 100% of the proceeds directed to the Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara, as selected by our speaker.
This series is an extension of our crew mission of making running inclusive and approachable. Space will be limited, and the environment will be intimate and casual. We are partnering again with lululemon at The Pen Centre, Kintec Footwear and Orthotics, as well as our friends at De La Terre and Stoke Deli Bar who will be hosting these events in their phenomenal, and welcoming space. Our partners have generously donated some incredible prizes, which will be raffled off at the conclusion of the evening.
Enjoy some delicious food and drinks and time with friends as we expand our knowledge and connect with our community. Beyond offering an incredible space for the evening, De La Terre and Stoke offer an extensive array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including full coffee service, as well as vegan and vegetarian options from the delicious menu.
