This Spartan family-grown olive oil is cold-pressed, fresh green in colour with a distinctly fruity aroma. It is never blended and has no added substances. High in polyphenols (anti-oxidants), the oil’s full-bodied, chilli pepper-like bitterness will decrease as it ages. The use of pesticides and fertilizers is limited or none. Labels, expiration dates and chemical analyses are in accordance with European Union (EU) regulations.
